ImpactLife in Davenport, IA is seeking a Donor Services Supervisor to lead the phlebotomy team, oversee training, and ensure high donor satisfaction through strong customer service and teamwork.

You will interview, hire, and manage performance under the Manager's direction, maintaining policies and driving quality standards while coaching staff for excellence. This is a full-time role with varied hours and occasional travel.

Formación

• Must have customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and coach staff.
• Positive interaction with the public and stable work history.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and healthcare context preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, and manage performance of assigned team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver excellent customer service.
• May be required to drive fleet vehicles when needed.
• Assist with training on the entire blood collection process.
