Continental Services Group in Miami is seeking a hands-on Donor Services Supervisor to run the day-to-day operation of our donor center. This is a working supervisor role; you’ll be on the floor every day, opening the center, leading the team through the day, and closing it down accurately.

You’ll supervise donor services staff, manage donor flow and cash reconciliations, ensure SOP-compliant screening and phlebotomy, and maintain training records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising staff in a blood bank, plasma center, donor center, or clinical/healthcare setting.
• Experience working under SOPs in a regulated environment (FDA, CLIA, or similar).
• Comfortable handling cash and daily reconciliations accurately.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the Miami center, including opening procedures and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Supervise donor services staff day to day: assign work, monitor donor flow, coach, and address performance issues.
• Handle donor payments and cash, deposits, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Oversee donor registration, screening, and collection per SOPs.
• Perform donor screening and phlebotomy as needed, once trained and qualified.
• Ensure donor eligibility questions are handled per SOP and escalated to the Medical Director when required.
• Build and adjust staff schedules to keep the center covered.
• Train new and existing staff and keep training records complete and current.
• Maintain supplies, forms, and equipment ready and ensure equipment checks are performed.
• Identify, document, and help resolve deviations and quality issues within our Quality Management System.
• Keep the center clean, safe, and compliant with FDA regulations, cGMP, and OSHA requirements.
• Support Fort Lauderdale center when needed.

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Open and close the Miami center, including building opening procedures, end-of-day reconciliation, and daily reports

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years supervising staff in a blood bank, plasma center, donor center, or clinical/healthcare setting
• Blood bank, plasma, or phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
• Experience working under SOPs in a regulated environment (FDA, CLIA, or similar)
• Comfortable handling cash and daily reconciliations accurately
• Organized, dependable, and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Available for early and daily openings and closings each weekday
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus
