Goodwill of North Georgia in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Donor Specialist for a part-time role. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated goods, process items quickly to meet production goals, and assist guests with donations in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill ADC within the territory.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Display a professional, patient, people-first attitude with guests.
• Provide donation receipts to guests.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Maintain safety and report hazards to management.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
