ImpactLife in Crestwood, MO seeks a Collection Specialist to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. This is a Full Time position (30+ hours) with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends, supporting donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy.

You will follow standard operating procedures, train as needed, and contribute to a community-focused mission. Benefits include paid training, great pay with weekend premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and enjoy working with the public.
• Understand importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Follow standard operating procedures for donor services.
