ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team in Urbana, IL. This full-time position requires 30+ hours per week with varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

You will register donors, conduct screenings and physicals, perform phlebotomy, and provide compassionate donor care throughout the donation process. Paid training, competitive pay with shift premiums, and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work with the public and maintain composure.
• Demonstrated stable work history.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record are required.

Responsibilities
