ImpactLife is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team. You will perform donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while providing compassionate donor care throughout the donation process.

This full-time role requires 30–39 hours/week with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver''s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver''s license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
