Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Workup team responsible for donor qualification, collection, and recovery. You will guide daily operations, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across donor services.

The role blends leadership, performance management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with external partners to enhance donor experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in donor-related environments
• Experience in operations management, process development, and budget administration
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead teams to high performance
• Experience implementing quality systems and maintaining regulatory standards
• Strong change-management and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and standard IT tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workup team to ensure safe, timely, and effective donor management
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate team members
• Monitor weekly/monthly performance metrics and drive improvements
• Drive continuous improvement in donor management, QA, and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Contribute to strategic planning and budget forecasting
• Oversee audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership input to SOPs and operational policies
• Resolve complex operational, donor, and vendor issues
• Lead initiatives to standardize processes and improve service levels
