Job summary

The Diocese of Lansing is seeking a full-time Donor Services Manager to oversee donor relations, ensuring accurate gift processing and data integrity. This role will manage the Donor Services staff and collaborate with the Development Officer for the Foundation's mission.

Ideal candidates should have three or more years in donor service or customer relations, a strong command of Microsoft Office, and proficiency with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge software. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of donor service/customer relations experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate data entry for all donor gifts.
• Process, record, and reconcile pledges, payments, and donations.
• Maintain files for gift documentation and related correspondence.
• Handle donor inquiries received by mail, telephone, or email.
• Train and supervise Donor Services staff and volunteers.
