Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in gift processing or nonprofit operations, possess expertise in CRM systems like Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, and demonstrate strong communication and accuracy skills. This position plays a critical role in enhancing donor stewardship and supporting Catholic ministries across West Michigan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in gift processing or nonprofit operations.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and coding structures.
• Ability to handle high-volume periods effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead all gift processing workflows for the Foundation and Diocese.
• Ensure accuracy in gift coding and donor attribution.
• Maintain donor and fund records in the CRM.
