Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is seeking teammates to accept donated goods, greet donors, and keep the donation area neat and secure in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Part-time or full-time/hourly positions may be available, with background checks required and some benefits.

Employees will assist in unloading donations, issue receipts, maintain records, and work with store leadership to ensure safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers.
• Greet donors at their vehicle and assist with donations.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from the public and maintain an orderly area.
• Greet donors at their vehicle and assist in unloading donations.
• Ensure a receipt is offered to each donor and maintain donation counts.
• Maintain dress code and PPE as required.
• Prepare records and reports as requested.
• Comply with safety regulations and store policies.
