Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Effective communication skills with management, colleagues, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the donation trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist donors, provide receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain all reports and paperwork as instructed by the supervisor.
• Separate and sort donated material into the correct containers.
• Assist with loading donations onto trucks as necessary.
• Inform the supervisor of needed items prior to running out.
• Secure and lock the donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift.
