Job summary

Our Blood Institute in Tulsa, OK is seeking a phlebotomist to provide a safe, friendly blood donation experience. No experience required thanks to world-class paid on-the-job training; candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and be able to lift 40 lbs.

Bilingual Spanish speakers may receive additional pay. Flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends; opportunity to earn bonuses up to $3,000 and additional pay for certifications.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform registration, vitals, phlebotomy, and related duties for donors.
• Adhere to SOPs and FDA standards for blood products.
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork.
• Monitor donor well-being and address reactions.
• Educate donors on donation frequency and benefits.
• Other duties as assigned.
