Qualifications

• Experience supporting recurring donor or sustainer programs preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM/database systems and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex member communications and donor cases.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support to designated senior Development leaders.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics for leadership meetings and briefings.
