Qualifications

• Experience in donor relations or stewardship.
• Ability to learn Salesforce and MS Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule for evenings or weekends.
• 1.5+ years of related experience if no Associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Call donors to thank them and engage in conversation to strengthen donor relationships.
• Communicate with Mid/Major donors via phone, email, visits to develop relationships and a stewardship portfolio.
• Reinstate lapsed donors and pursue ongoing donor engagement.
• Oversee Cornerstone Circle monthly giving program (approx. 2K donors).
• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly donor reports.
