Job summary

Healing House Inc. in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Relationship Manager to grow donor relationships and drive community engagement.

You will partner with the CMO to execute fundraising initiatives, manage donor pipelines in the CRM, and coordinate marketing and outreach efforts across the Kansas City area. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking capacity.
Proficiency with CRM systems and donor management platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and standard business software.

Responsibilities

Develop, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, churches, businesses, and community partners.
Identify and qualify new partnership and fundraising opportunities.
Conduct donor visits, facility tours, and community presentations.
Represent Healing House at networking events and fundraising activities.
Support annual fundraising campaigns and major gift cultivation.
Coordinate donor recognition and appreciation activities; assist with grant support and sponsorships.
