Job summary

Harvesters—The Community Food Network is seeking a fundraising professional to lead mid-level donor programs, steward the Full Table Club, and grow donor engagement in the Kansas City area.

You will plan and evaluate strategies, perform prospect research, and manage a donor portfolio, collaborating with the Senior Manager of Philanthropy. Hybrid eligible with local travel for donor meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of fund development experience.
• Experience with donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet research, and fundraising databases.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising software and donor relationship management systems.
• Preferred: 5+ years of fundraising success.
• Knowledge of Raiser's Edge NXT, ResearchPoint or similar CRM and prospect research tools.
• Knowledge of Windfall Wealth Analysis or other wealth-screening platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate mid-level fundraising programs.
• Steward the Full Table Club mid-level donor giving group and grow membership.
• Conduct prospect research to identify donor capacity, inclination, and interests.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of mid-level donors through various outreach methods.
• Coordinate donor cultivation events with the Senior Manager of Philanthropy – Annual Giving.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
