Job summary

Miller-Keystone Blood Center is seeking an Account Manager to grow the donor base across Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Western PA and parts of NJ. You will plan drives, coordinate logistics, and engage communities to meet local transfusion needs.

The role is full-time with a starting annual salary of $46,000, plus benefits including health, retirement, and more. Travel up to 60% in the field and 40% in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required with 3 years in sales or outreach.
• Experience in nonprofit settings and donor relations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Grows donor base by recruiting and retaining donor groups to meet hospital transfusion needs.
• Meets with donor groups to plan recruitment and marketing for drives.
• Coordinates logistics for blood drives and monitors recruitment efforts.
• Evaluates drive performance and collects feedback for future drives.
• Educates the public on blood donation through speaking engagements and events.
• Prospects for new partnerships within the region.
