Job summary

GYOPO is seeking a highly-organized Philanthropy Manager to strengthen our sustainability by managing donor relationships, CRM, and communications. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with the Deputy Director of Operations and Community Engagement and the Senior Philanthropy Advisor to advance fundraising goals.

You will build a donor portfolio across individuals, foundations, and corporations, draft and deploy campaigns, and streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, arts and humanities, business or related field.
• 3–4 years of development, non-profit and/or arts fundraising/communications experience.
• Experience with writing promotional and fundraising copy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cycle of contributions: prospect research, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and acknowledgments.
• Support build-out and maintenance of the CRM (Funraise) and data integrity.
• Draft and deploy donor communications and reports; manage donor lists and segmentation in Brevo/Airtable.
• Plan and support fundraising events and donor stewardship activities.
• Coordinate campaign communications and calendars; work with ED and Senior Philanthropy Advisor on strategy.
