Job summary

Together Change Happens in Tempe, AZ seeks a Development Manager to lead donor communications, stewardship, and engagement initiatives. You will manage donor relations, external communications, the website, social media, and the donor database while identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in non‑profits, sales, marketing or related fields; five years of related work experience; an Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in non‑profits, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.
• Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR; able to pass background checks and drug screening.
