Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Development Coordinator in St. Louis to support the development team with event logistics, donor communications, and donor data management.

The role involves producing materials, coordinating mailings, and assisting with Walk to End Alzheimer’s and related events. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preference and at least one year of office administration experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist development staff with producing resource materials for timely distribution.
• Provide administrative support for communications projects including updating web pages.
• Input confidential charitable gift information, prepare acknowledgments, and ensure data accuracy.
• Process Missouri Chapter gift deposits, memorials, and sponsorships for accurate reporting.
