Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to support the Donor Relations Director, build relationships with donors, and collaborate with the Foundation team.

You will become versed in hospital services, provide tours and collateral packets, draft professional communications, and maintain calendars and expense reports while delivering a high-quality donor experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, sales, or relationship building in a non-profit environment, healthcare environment.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Donor Relations team.
• Provide tours and collateral packets to prospective and existing donors.
• Ability to write, edit and produce professional correspondence and communications.
• Provide high quality donor experience with empathetic problem-solving resolutions.
• Maintain calendars for Donor Relations team, including setting appointments and making specific meeting arrangements.
• Prepare monthly expense reports.
