Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to support current and prospective donors, build internal and external relationships, and collaborate with the Foundation team.

Under the Donor Relations Director, you will provide tours, prepare collateral, manage calendars and expense reports, and help deliver exceptional donor experiences with professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality, English or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, sales, or relationship building in a non-profit environment, healthcare environment.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours and collateral packets to prospective and existing donors.
• Provide administrative support to Donor Relations team.
• Maintain accurate and consistent entries to database.
• Maintain calendars for Donor Relations team, including setting appointments and making meeting arrangements.
• Prepare monthly expense reports.
• Ability to write, edit and produce professional correspondence and communications.
• Provide high quality donor experience with empathetic problem-solving resolutions.
