University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor stewardship activities. The role involves coordinating stewardship efforts, tracking fund activity and budgets, and assisting with donor communications.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) and offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 work from home) with a target pay rate of $20/hour.
The Temporary Donor Relations & Stewardship Coordinator provides administrative and project support for donor stewardship activities. This position works collaboratively with internal departments, faculty, students, and external partners to coordinate stewardship efforts, track fund activity and budgets, distribute gift and financial reports, facilitate student thank-you letter initiatives, and assist with donor communications and recognition. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
