Job summary

Job description

Donor Relations Coordinator

The Temporary Donor Relations & Stewardship Coordinator provides administrative and project support for donor stewardship activities. This position works collaboratively with internal departments, faculty, students, and external partners to coordinate stewardship efforts, track fund activity and budgets, distribute gift and financial reports, facilitate student thank-you letter initiatives, and assist with donor communications and recognition. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate donor stewardship and recognition activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to collect and track fund spending, budgets, and impact information.
  • Prepare and distribute donor gift and financial reports.
  • Coordinate student thank-you letter campaigns and other stewardship communications.
  • Assist with stewardship projects, events, and donor correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting within the development database.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Donor Relations & Stewardship team.

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
