Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with donor CRM tools such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge.
• Experience within fundraising, sales, or customer service environment or equivalent volunteer experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and engage with an apportoflio of approximately 1,500 donors via multi-channel outreach.
• Provide coverage support for donor relations and ambassador operations during staff gaps.
• Identify needs of high-value donors and implement engagement strategies to retain support.
• Address donor requests and questions with management or client team as appropriate.
• Respond to donor communications within set timeframes and complete weekly stewardship tasks.
