Mesa Community College is seeking an Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving Officer to cultivate alumni and donor relationships, grow annual giving, and relaunch Mesa Community College's Alumni Advisory Board. This role blends strategic fundraising, relationship leadership, and campaign execution to advance student success and the College's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, fundraising, business, management, nonprofit management, nonprofit leadership, mathematics, life science, physical science, English, journalism, history, psychology, or a related field and two years of experience assisting with and/or coordinating various fundraising campaigns and activities.
• An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Actively manage a portfolio of approximately 125–150 alumni and friends, building and strengthening relationships across the donor lifecycle.
• Meet with donors and prospects, in person and virtually, to develop long-term relationships.
• Identify philanthropic interests and build a strong pipeline of supporters.
• Oversee the full gift process and ensure donor recognition and impact communication.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge records and collaborate with the Chief Philanthropy Officer on major gift cultivation.
