Mount Aloysius College is seeking a Director of Annual Giving & Alumni Relations to provide strategic leadership for annual giving and alumni engagement. The role focuses on building lifelong relationships with alumni, parents, and supporters, and coordinating cross‑functional efforts to build a robust donor pipeline.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive administrative experience leading teams and managing complex projects or events.
• Experience in higher education fundraising and working with volunteers is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and listening skills; ability to build relationships across a diverse spectrum.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; Raiser's Edge experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for annual giving and alumni relations programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive annual giving strategies to increase donor acquisition, participation, and retention.
• Lead alumni engagement initiatives to strengthen connections and involvement with the College.
• Collaborate across departments to build a sustainable pipeline of donors and advocates.
• Oversee communications, events, and volunteer leadership to support fundraising goals.
