Gift of Hope is seeking a Donation Liaison to coordinate organ and tissue donation across hospitals in the Donation Service Area. You will support families, ensure authorization processes, and collaborate with hospital teams to optimize donation decisions.

You will travel within Illinois and northwest Indiana, maintaining relationships and providing compassionate guidance throughout the donation journey, including post-donation support. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with donor families.
• Experience in healthcare or donation-related environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Donation Service Area and Itasca office for meetings and trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Advance Gift of Hope's mission, values and culture while upholding policies and procedures.
• Maintain Organ/Tissue Authorization responsibilities and coordinate with hospital staff.
• Develop relationships with hospital staff and provide education to optimize donation processes.
• Coordinate hospital program activities and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
