Job summary

Mississippi Blood Services is seeking a Telerecruitment assistant for part-time hours in Flowood, MS. You will recruit platelet donors by phone from call files and maintain accurate records daily, supporting our life-saving mission.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are service-oriented and able to interact warmly with donors, with a calm, unhurried approach in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Service oriented, socially-focused and ability to interact with others.
• Capable of working in a predictable, unhurried environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit platelet donors by telephone from computer call files daily.
• Recruit donors by telephone for special blood needs regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and donor responses daily.
• Assure that correct address and telephone numbers are available, as needed.
• Achieve monthly goals as established by the Telerecruitment Manager.
