Job summary

The Franklin Institute seeks a collaborative Manager, Prospect Research & Portfolio Development to support prospect research, portfolio management, and donor engagement strategies. You will prepare donor briefings, profiles, and performance reports to guide fundraising decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years of prospect research/donor analytics experience.
• Experience with prospect research, wealth screening, and donor intelligence tools.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and fundraising databases; ability to maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research to assess donor capacity and inclination.
• Support wealth screening and prospect qualification initiatives.
• Identify and qualify new major gift prospects to sustain donor pipelines.
• Manage the campaign pipeline and support donor cultivation and stewardship.
