Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey is seeking an Individual Giving Officer to develop a donor pipeline and secure mid-level gifts ($250–$5,000) to grow the donor base for major gifts. You will work with the CDO and Director of Philanthropy, manage a portfolio in Raiser's Edge, and perform weekly gift reports while traveling the NJ service area as needed.

Requirements include 3–5 years closing philanthropic gifts and a Bachelor’s degree; CFRE certification is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE preferred.
• 3–5 years fundraising experience.
• Experience with donor databases and closing gifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a donor portfolio and secure gifts in the mid-level range.
• Maintain donor records and activity in Raiser's Edge CRM.
• Develop and monitor a pipeline to upgrade donors to major gifts.
