Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in research, portfolio management, constituent data, fundraising operations, sales operations, customer engagement, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, humanities, data analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional and lived experience applicable to the position.
• Ability to research individuals and organizations and translate findings into concise, actionable insights.
• Experience maintaining constituent, customer, donor, sales, or relationship management data.
• Ability to analyze portfolios, manage multiple requests, and balance competing workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and constituent relationship management or customer relationship management systems.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to ethical research, data accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible information use.
