Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Gift Officer to cultivate and steward a portfolio of 450–500 annual donors giving under $1,000. The role focuses on retention, deeper engagement, and growing annual giving while identifying prospects for the major gift pipeline.

In a flexible-hybrid model, you will manage donor relationships, execute moves management, and deliver stewardship communications, supported by donor research and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fundraising, sales, or related relationship-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain donor relationships through personalized engagement to increase retention and giving levels.
• Execute moves management to advance donors through identification, qualification, solicitation and stewardship.
• Provide donor stewardship and impact communications to keep donors informed and connected to the mission.
• Conduct donor and prospect research to identify capacity and philanthropic interests and engagement opportunities.
