Oklahoma Blood Institute in Oklahoma City seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead donor recruitment initiatives, coach a team, and coordinate annual campaigns. The role focuses on building effective recruitment plans and partnerships to meet donor goals while managing resources efficiently.

The position requires 3–5 years in a related role with public speaking and strong communication skills; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years directly related work experience with a blood center.
• Public speaking and presentation experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership skills including team building and coaching to motivate groups.
• Develop recruitment plans aligned with goals and needs assessments.
• Build the annual collections calendar to meet goals while balancing resources.
• Recruitment strategies for mobile and donor center collections.
• Ensure training and resources for account consultants and managers.
• Set direction for staff development in sales and marketing skills.
• Provide in-field observation, training and leadership for recruitment staff.
• Identify growth opportunities through account development and market segmentation.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and uphold brand integrity in recruitment.
