Job summary

Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a professional fundraiser and development leader to engage stakeholders, empower survivors, raise awareness, and create safer communities through donor-driven support.

You will partner with the Executive Team and Board to develop fundraising strategies, set goals, and manage multi-year development plans, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional fundraising experience with 3+ years in nonprofit leadership.
• Experience building donor pipelines and securing gifts from individuals.
• Ability to develop multi-year development plans and evaluate progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, implementation, and evaluation of multi-year development plans.
• Manage donor portfolio including major and planned giving.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews, board support, and fundraising reporting.
• Develop strategies aligned with organizational values and planning.
