Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to support mission-driven store operations and maximize revenue to fund employment services and digital skills training.

You will greet donors, assist customers, and help process donations under Goodwill policies, including training team members and maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment. The role requires reading and writing English, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and a skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers.
• Meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling.
• Sort donations according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate donation records and issue receipts to donors.
• Operate pallet jack and ensure safe handling of donations.
• Assist in training team members.
