Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Donor Greeter in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will engage with donors, ensuring a warm welcome and assist in the donation process while providing exceptional customer service.

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
