Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking an active individual for a Full Time position focused on providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting donors, sorting donations, and delivering world-class customer service.

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors
