Job summary

A community-focused non-profit organization is seeking a Donor Greeter in the Town of Florida, NY. In this role, you will warmly greet donors, unload donations, and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma or GED and prior retail experience. The position involves lifting up to 40 pounds and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends. • Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors
