Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Donor Greeter to warmly welcome donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts. The role supports daily donor counts and efficient processing, while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing; provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
