Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant to maximize store profitability by providing excellent donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help move donations to support merchandise flow across our stores.

This role requires no prior experience, is physical, and involves standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and operating basic material handling equipment in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old and over)

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide receipts with pre-signature and date.
• Assist donors and safely handle donations.
• Sort and prepare items for donation processing.
• Move donations and materials to maintain merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Unload donations from donor vehicles and price/store items.
• Maintain accurate donation counts and safety standards.
