Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience and/or six months of material handling experience.
• Ability to interact courteously with the public and work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly, courteous manner and provide assistance as needed.
• Accept or reject donations according to policy and issue receipts.
• Record donor information and maintain donor records accurately.
• Enter donor count electronically and scan materials into warehouse system.
• Keep work area safe, organized, and free of hazards.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
