Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, fundraising activities, hospitality programs, or donor engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute donor events, virtual and in-person, from small gatherings to national programs.
• Serve as a key contact for donors, attendees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage venues, catering, registration, travel, audiovisual needs, guest communications, and on-site operations.
• Build detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate staff, volunteers, consultants, and vendors to deliver seamless events.
• Track event performance, attendance, fundraising results, and engagement metrics.
• Lead post-event follow-up, including donor acknowledgments and evaluations.
