Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring a Retail Donation Attendant (Medium) for a full-time shift in Denton. The role involves accepting donations, issuing receipts, sorting items, and using equipment to move merchandise.

Schedule includes 40 hours per week with varying days and hours. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of public-facing or team experience, basic math skills, and the ability to operate a receipt printer and other equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience interacting with the public or in a team setting.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet production quotas and handle basic math.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic computer equipment operation.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods and provide receipts in a courteous manner.
• Sort donations per guidelines and track goods received.
• Move and transport items using handling equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized donation areas and store interiors/exteriors.
• Assist with general cleaning and other duties as assigned.
