Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas in Arlington invites applications for a Retail Donation Attendant (Large) FT. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help sort and move donated goods throughout the store.

This post requires at least 1 year of experience interacting with the public, basic math skills, and the ability to operate carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment. The schedule is full-time with varied days; store hours are 8 AM–7 PM, seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience interacting with the public or team.
• Basic math, and ability to read and write.
• Experience with customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate basic handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods and provide receipts to donors.
• Sort donations according to guidelines and record goods received.
• Move/transport items using carts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Keep interior and exterior donation areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload company trucks and assist with store cleaning.
