Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Donation Attendant (FT) to process donations, assist customers, and manage donation areas at Store #15 in Watauga, Texas. The role requires standing for long periods, operating basic equipment, and adhering to safety standards.

The position offers 40 hours per week with varied days, benefits including PTO, medical options, and a 401(k). A flexible schedule and ability to meet quotas are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a setting serving the public or a team.
• Ability to meet production quotas and perform basic math.
• Proficiency in reading/writing and using computerized equipment.
• Availability to work 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from donors and provide receipts.
• Sort donations according to guidelines.
• Track and record goods received.
• Move/transport donations using material handling equipment.
• Load and unload company trucks and trailers.
• Keep interior and exterior donation areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general cleaning and other duties as assigned.
