Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas in Saginaw, TX seeks a Retail Donation Attendant (Medium) to greet donors, process donations, and maintain organized donation areas. This full-time role requires reliable customer service and the ability to handle physical tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, recording receipts, operating tablets and basic equipment, and supporting store operations seven days a week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting interacting with the public or team
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to meet production quotas
• Proficient in basic math, reading and writing; operate computerized equipment (tablets, receipt printer)
• Able to use pushcart, hand truck, pallet-jack, barrels, boxes; make decisions based on donation quality
• Clear communication with customers and associates

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from donors and provide receipts
• Sort donations per set guidelines
• Track and record goods received
• Move/transport items using material handling equipment
• Keep donation areas clean and organized, inside and outside
• Load and unload company trucks and trailers
• Assist with general store cleaning and other duties; schedule is open 7 days a week
