Responsibilities

• Qualify, cultivate, and steward a digital portfolio of 800+ prospects and leadership donors.
• Leverage text, email, phone, and social channels to drive engagement.
• Identify and move annual donors through the donation pipeline toward major gifts when appropriate.
• Partner with the AVP to execute segments of the annual giving program.
• Track donor interactions in the CRM and analyze engagement data to improve campaigns.
• Recruit, train, and supervise DXO student interns; foster a metrics-driven outreach team.
• Provide excellent donor service and coordinate with events and campus partners.
