Job summary

GreenDrop Attendant position in Raleigh, NC supports our mission of turning donations into funds for nonprofits. You’ll greet donors in the GreenDrop uniform, assist with donations, unload vehicles, and keep the site clean and stocked.

Comprehensive onboarding and on‑the‑job training are provided, with a focus on safety, respect, and outstanding donor service. This on‑site role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, friendly communication, and a proactive approach to daily tasks, including

Qualifications

• Must be able to be on-site during working hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to provide magnificent service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with donors in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist donors with donations and unload vehicles.
• Record donor information on the iPad.
• Organize donations in the stock room.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the site both inside and outside.
• Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
