Qualifications

• 3 years experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, events, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience designing, coordinating, and executing programs or events that engage an audience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Raiser's Edge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate cultivation experiences that transform outreach into memorable donor moments.
• Collaborate with frontline fundraisers to plan and execute experiences with quality and attention to detail.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, and materials; manage budgets to deliver high-impact experiences.
