Job summary

Goodwill NCW Jobs is seeking a team member to greet donors, unload donations, and help maintain a clean, organized backroom in our Shawano location. You will safely operate power equipment, count donations, and assist with pallet handling and trailer loading.

Ideal candidates have strong time management, customer service skills, and reliable attendance. Fluency in English and basic math are required, with flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced retail warehouse

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist unload donations safely.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Operate power equipment and load/unload trailers.
• Keep backroom clean and organized; assist with tasks and checklists.
• Sort donations into correct categories and label pallets.
• Adhere to pallet jack and compactor safety procedures.
